A paper on Rb2Mo3As3 – a Tomonaga-Luttinger Liquid with superconductivity

A paper was just published in PRB as Rapid Communication in which we explore Rb2Mo3As3 using 87Rb nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and 75As nuclear quadrupole resonance (NQR).

We determine that Rb2Mo3As3 is a Tomonaga-Luttinger Liquid (TLL) with attractive interactions (Kc = 1.4), while most of the known physical realizations of the TLL have repulsive interactions (Kc < 1). Rb2Mo3As3 transitions to a bulk superconducting state at ~10K in absence of Hebel-Slichter coherence peak in the relaxation rates and a surprisingly small superconducting gap, measured in high magnetic fields using 87Rb NMR.
